Returns & Exchanges at Magnus

At Magnus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Magnus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
